	You may use this software for 4 weeks at no charge.
	
	After that period you MUST register your copy or stop using it, if you
	are a University or School using this software for a NON PROFIT
	purpose then you can register for free.  However you may still
	wish to pay for support.

Standard Support includes: 
	Email advice on installation configuration and management.
	This level of support is recommended when you have some technical
	expertise in house but do not have years of experience running
	news software.

Priority Support includes: 
	Standard support plus direct telnet support on your machine 
	if/when requested. In addition your problems will be given 
	priority when multiple fault calls are waiting.  This level of 
	support is recommended for commercial customers who cannot afford 
	down time.

Manuals
	Licensed and Supported customers also recieve a copy of the 
	manual, free registered users do not.  

License life time
	The license to continue using your version of the software
	does not expire with your support contract. However if you wish
	to run new versions after the 1 year period then you must purchase
	a new license or take up a support contract.

Source
	Policy change: In the spirit of openness and trust, we have decided
	to allow source (of this version) to be availble to non registered 
	users.  This will allow:
		1) Customers to port to various unix platforms before registering
		2) Checking for virus'es etc
		3) Enhancements and bug fixing by technically inclined customers.
	Please respect this policy, do not redistribute the source in a
	modified form:  Any enhancements or corrections should be emailed
	to emagic. When sending corrections greatly prefer entire source 
	files than 'diff' or 'patch' files as merging multiple patches 
	from different sources is a royal pain!

Porting
	EGLE Magic will port to any unix'ish platform on request, the
	charge for this service is US$2000, access to the platform must
	be provided.  The port remains the property of EGLE magic.

How to register?
	Enter the command
		$ tellnews register
	This will ask a few questions and then create a file REGISTER.TXT
	which you then email to:  	emagic@world.std.com
	You will recieve an email reply confirming your registration or 
	license or support contract depending on which options you selected.
