2)	Build with MadGoat Make
	Build:	UCX:		$mmk
				$mmk /descr=nntp_ucx.mms
		MULTINET        $mmk /descr=nntp_multinet.mms

3)	Create account NNTP (/NOINTER) with default priviliges + SYSPRV + ALTPRI

4)	Edit NNTP.CONF

5)	Start NNTP server by @NNTP_START


6)	please wait ... (NNTP server will be download list of newsgroup
from your MAIN sucking host)

7)	Define by NC (see below) list of cached groups
	Control:		$nc :== $dev:[dir]nntpcp.exe
				$nc
8)	...
